Our personal travel throughout the Americas, Asia, and the Pacific islands has given us a taste of items and flavors not yet captured in your cookbooks. From design, to construction, and finally operating, our experience with the food truck industry can help you navigate the advantages and pitfalls that come with having a mobile operation. It's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the restaurant industry, without as much of the financial burden that a brick and mortar would require.

Sustainable Sourcing
We try our best to support the "little guy" sourcing from local purveyors, farms, and fishermen. Depending on your desires this is not always possible. We do live in New England where product availability changes as quickly and unpredictably as the weather. But when we want it, we get it, regardless of who we have to pester.
Safe Prep Practices
Allergies are real and food born illness is nasty. As a ServSafe certified food manager and our experience in kitchens from Boston to Thailand emphasize the importance to not only make people happy but also comfortable knowing that your food will be prepared and served by ServSafe certified individuals.
Cleanliness
We love a clean kitchen and workspace, that's why we pride ourselves in our ability to leave your space as clean, if not cleaner, than we found it. The goal is to alleviate the stresses associated with entertaining., all of them. So kick back, crack an ice cold can of "couldn't care less" and let us take the wheel.
Customized Menu
Whether you have a vision for your experience, or do not know the different between a pumpkin or a pepper, we will work with you through multiple iterations of possible menus. We can have a lovely dialogue and pair your preferences with our experience and create an extensive list of possible items. Yes we have our favorites, but this is about YOU!
Thoughtful Presentation
They say we eat with our eyes first. For us, outside of taste, its the aspect of cooking that is most exciting. Anyone can put food on a plate, but to create a dish that is simultaneously a work of artistic art to slap on your social media (please don't forget to tag us), that's more than food, that's an invitation for the senses.
